This is the question closest to our hearts, because it’s where everything began. Yes: Ruhla is specifically designed to eliminate pain during prolonged sujud. The padding is engineered to distribute weight evenly across your knees, wrists, and forehead. It’s not just a rug with a bit of extra thickness; it’s a rug reimagined from the ground up.
Every Ruhla model features high-density memory foam padding, designed to absorb pressure without losing its shape over time. The padding is 2cm thick, as specified in the product details. The outer surface is made of premium-quality fabric, pleasant to the touch and highly durable.
Ruhla is designed specifically for daily use—five prayers a day, every single day. It is the opposite of a showpiece. Our materials are chosen to last and maintain their properties even with intensive use. Beauty should not be fragile.
For routine cleaning, simply shake your Ruhla rug or wipe the surface gently with a damp cloth. To preserve the memory foam padding, please do not machine wash. In case of stains, use a mild detergent on a cloth rather than applying it directly to the fabric. You can easily store it folded in three when not in use.
The rug measures 60x120 cm, as specified in each model’s product sheet. Our rugs are designed with slightly generous dimensions to comfortably cover the prayer area for an adult.
Delivery times are indicated at checkout based on your area. We do our best to ship every order within 1-3 business days of confirmation. You will receive a tracking email as soon as the package is handed over to the courier.
Yes, we ship throughout Europe and to many other countries. Available destinations and shipping costs are visible at checkout. If your country is not listed among the options, please contact us directly, and we will find a solution.
We want every Ruhla rug to arrive exactly as you imagined it. If something isn't right – damaged product or any issue at all – contact us within 14 days of receipt, and together we'll find the best solution. Your satisfaction is part of the product we sell.
